Very quiet & clean. Plenty of room to move around when we were there. Nothing major but the location was behind an auto dealership. Nothing bad about it though as it was very quiet. We weren’t there very often. Mostly just to eat dinner & sleep.

this day was great. I love being able to feed the animals on the property and being able to look up at a sky full of stars in the evening. it's about 1-hour drive from Zion national Park and about a 1-hour drive from the north rim of the Grand Canyon. it's a great place if you are wanting to do some outside recreation.

Beautiful home! Spacious, plenty of bed and bathrooms. Great porch, too! A traveling musician’s dream with piano, guitar, and a basement studio - everything in tune and waiting for you. Kind and responsive hosts make this historic house a great find. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the stay here it’s definitely worth it with beautiful views and animals, there are some spiders but other then that there’s a close grocery store, dollar store and gas station and super cute place to stay! Will definitely be coming back:)

Such a wonderful experience! We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer! So nice to get away from everything, but also a great location to use as a base camp for the many outdoor adventures in the area. The friendly cat, dogs, and other farm animals made us feel welcome, and we looked forward to returning to the farm each night. Gathering fresh eggs for breakfast was a fun bonus. Accommodations were cozy and comfortable and the views were beautiful!

If I am ever back in this area this will be the place I stay. The animals were sweet the sunsets even sweeter. It is a slice of peace in a beautiful landscape. Felt right at home and the little fire pit was the perfect place for roasting marshmallows and watching the stars. <3

me and my wife had a really amazing stay here. made for a perfect getaway. being near so many national parks, vegas, and amazing local food (shout out to river rock roasting company). hosts had a wonderful and cozy place for us to stay. we'll definitely be returning soon.

John’s home was the perfect little private cabin. The location is great and is 1-2 hrs from most national parks. The cabin was small yet spacious with everything you might need. John was a very responsive host!

This was my second stay with my pup Adventure! We like it because it's calm and quiet! A great way to regroup and find serenity! I highly recommend this place!
