Private bedroom with queen bed, and a cozy loft with 2 single beds.( ladder limit of 200 lbs, and loft requires moving around on hands and knees) TV in the bedroom, loft & living area. You can relax after your daily adventures. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Horses, cows, chickens, Goats. 15 miles from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. In between Zions, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and St George.

We are not located in Fredonia, but 30 minutes away in Cane Beds. We are 15 minutes away from Colorado City where there is a wonderful grocery store and a few restaurants. We are about and hour to an hour and 1/2 from Zions, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and St George.
Guest Access
Parking is great, Lots of space. There is a town 10 minutes away that have delicious family run places to eat, a grocery store, places to hike and parks. Driving is a must in this area, we live in a very rural area.
Good to know
Glitter and Grit has all the comforts of home and is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. Plenty of space to park. If you are traveling in a group we have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane. We are not located in Fredonia, but in CaneBeds. We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time . If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.
