Spent the week in town for work and it was extremely nice to have a place to come back to and unwind and have dinner. Cozy little spot that had everything one would need. The only hiccup I had was getting into the door. If you apply a small amount of pressure outwards on the door handle when keying in the code then the door would release. Other than that it was an awesome stay and will be returning.

This is the only location I have saved for future trips. Plenty of great Air BnBs that are 5 stars hut this one takes the cake. They have very sweet animals you can visit before heading out exploring the area. 🥰 This spot is so cozy and comforting not to mention the stars you see at night! I was blessed to be there during snowfall. Definitely without a doubt coming back for the next road trip. Thank you for having a sense of humor and kindness in our messages and updates as well. ☺️

This was my second stay at this beautiful home. Had a wonderful time with family enjoying all of the amenities. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean. Absolutely love all this home has to offer! Host is very kind and super responsive. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Awesome place to stay even in winter. Was better than the pictures and beautiful inside as well. Modern inside but still has some cool vintage style furniture. Hot tub was awesome and had a big kitchen on the second floor. Clawfoot tub was also amazing and had a great sunset view. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels for showers/hot tub, and clean.

If you are looking for a place with tremendous natural beauty, lovely accommodations, warm hosts, and at a great price, this place is it. Good location for hiking Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase/Escalante. Beautiful scenery, dark skies at night (great for stargazing), and a well-appointed and comfortable cabin. It's very out-of-the-way, but hosts gave perfect and easy-to-follow directions to get me there. Highly recommend. And the goats graciously took care of my leftover lettuce.

Great location for our visit to Zion National Park. After a day of hiking we felt right at home in our tiny house, with its spacious ceilings , clean kitchen and bathroom , and comfortable bed. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay this place is so quiet and peaceful. Just a heads up make sure you bring your own drinking water. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and their cute cat loved hanging out with us (so sweet and friendly!). Bonus: since it’s a farm stay, you can see the animals in the morning, which was such a fun experience.

John's place was absolutely the best stay to stop for the night before we went to Zion the next day. The space was very peaceful and comfortable. I really appreciated how the heater was turned on for us so it was warm inside when we arrived. Easy access as well. You can't beat the price, would definitely recommend!

To everyone wanting to visit either Utah, Zion national park, or just simply a nice ranch stay. This place is perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and we had no clue how great of a place this was. The staff were super accommodating and answered any questions we had regarding our stay. We’ve ventured out into Utah and what was waiting for us was the warm welcoming Wild West 40. Their horseback riding services is the best experience you will have. My wife has never ridden a horse on her own and she felt completely safe and comfortable doing it at this ranch. The kitchen has everything you need, pots pans, seasonings, a big refrigerator, a clean bathroom what more can I say this place meets every need. Thank you so much to the wild West 40. We will be returning soon with eagerness. - H & M

I had a great, short stay at John's place. It was nice to have a cozy home to stay in between days exploring the outdoors, and I especially enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry machine available. Recommend!
